Learn About Our Impact

Our Purpose is YOU!

At Presbyterian Medical Services, we provide services not only to the underserved, but to those in need of: medical, dental, behavioral health, early intervention, early childhood, and individuals with disabilities.

In 2025, PMS Children Services provided 256 children ages birth to 5 with over 51,600 diapers and wipes, 384 cans of formula, and 165,120 meals to children in our Early/Head Start program. Farmington Community Health Center provided medical, dental, behavioral health, and psychiatry services to 16,048 patients who may not have had an opportunity to
receive these services otherwise. Roundtree Children's Developmental Services provided early intervention to 280 children from birth to three with a focus on developmental, speech, occupational, and physical therapies. Project Shield provided integrated services to 25 individuals with disabilities. Totah assisted 183 individuals with housing and 107 individuals/families with rent, security deposits, and utility assistance.

Reflecting on these accomplishments reminds us of how vital our mission is and how essential our community's support continues to be. Your sponsorship helped ensure we can continue providing non-reimbursable services to individuals and families who rely on
us.

As we look forward to another year of serving San Juan County's children, families, and adults who need medical, dental, behavioral health, early childhood education, early childhood intervention, substance abuse, homelessness, and developmental adult services, we humbly ask for your continued support. Your generosity directly impacts our community members and allows us to remain a resource and a form of stability when they need it most.

Thank you again for supporting Presbyterian Medical Services and believing in our mission.
With Gratitude,
